February 21, 2017

In October 2016, Anthony Ostlund obtained a fair value buyout order for its client, Kim Lund, a 25% owner of the Lunds entities, which own the Lunds and Byerly’s grocery stores and related real estate.

On February 7-13, 2017, trial team Janel Dressen, Shannon Awsumb and Rich Ostlund tried the valuation case before Chief Judge Bernhardson in Hennepin County District Court.  The case garnered much media attention and is featured in the articles below.  The matter is under advisement with the Court, who will issue a written decision expected sometime in the spring of 2017.
